Therefore, in compliance with Act 11/2018, of 28 December, amending the Commercial Code, the consolidated text of the Corporate Enterprises Act approved by Legislative Royal Decree 1/2010, of 2 July, and the Auditing of Accounts Act 22/2015, of 20 July, in relation to non-financial information and diversity, we have produced the Non-Financial Information Statement (“NFIS”), which has been prepared taking into consideration the preparation standard of the Global Reporting Initiative (“GRI”).
