DESCRIPTION The Apodi photovoltaic project is located in the territory of the city of Quixeré, in the state of Ceará (Brazil). It has installed capacity of 162.25 MW and it can generate over 317.85 GWh a year, equivalent to the annual consumption needs of 147,000 homes, thereby avoiding the discharge into the atmosphere of more than 206,600 tonnes of CO2 a year.
